Key didn't work in door. Had to go back to office, with my luggage, to get a new one!
Didn't get breakfast, but the bed was great
Stay as it is
Nice renovated rooms, needs new carpet to complete the effect.
No elevator, seems like I heard that was against the law to not have one, no king size bed available on the first floor, climbing stairs with all the luggage was pretty hard on the old knees. Only one way out of the second floor, if incidence of fire it would be disaster. Would have never stayed if I had known about construction.
i really liked the staff, very knowledgable and friendly.. i liked that they had a pool and spa. i liked that they offered some smoking rooms, i would stay again, just know what room to ask for
i went to springfield for a family reunion, other family members also came from other states, I wish they would have had or offered some kind of group rate...or extended stay rate. i wish the pool and spa would have stayed open longer. the smoking rooms had no ventilation, it made for a stuffy room and the end of the hall way smell bad
Close to Bass Pro
Room doors banging at night, which no one has control over
was nice and quiet. beds were comfortable.
the pool was really full of chlorine. just walking in the door, the fumes hit your nose and mouth, making it unpleasant.
